  2. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

    • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.

  2. Prepare Your Return:

    • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Return Address:

    • The return address will be provided with the Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Refunds

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
